McGinty Appraisals’ Asset Verification service will identify and verify the presence of all assets that are said to
be located at a known location and create a record of the assets, serial numbers, pictures, etc.
This includes both movable and immovable property as well as financial securities and other instruments.
The elements of Asset Verification include, but are not limited to the following:
We will verify that the lien holders’ assets are present and accounted for at the lien holders’
specified location.
We will provide a written report with confirmation of serial numbers and photo.
We will describe what have seen in detail, new, used, open, closed, in disrepair or fully functioning.
Removal, disposal, or liquidation of the assets. Appraisal of the Machinery and Equipment if needed.
